Site request

I doubt anybody will know the site i’m looking for, since I can hardly understand it myself. A few years ago in SOTW or whatever branch of these forums I saw a link to this abstract video. It was as far as I could tell a video in flash, not an actual website. It was a bunch of dots/small lines moving around really fast, with a great framerate. It at times looked like a dragon flying. Does anybody recall seeing this?
