Site Submission

Hi,

Does anyone know the best way to get your site registered on all the search engines? (Google,Yahoo, etc)
I am asking this for a friend. The have all their Meta tags, keywords, ect in the right place…
Feelfree to check out the source and post back with any suggestions…
The site has been submitted for ages to all the engines but still no joy.
