Skipping frames in new window

this is kind of part of the question i was asking below, but just to try and get the crux of it into a nutshell:

is it possible to make a flash movie so that when the user clicks a button, a new window opens and the movie skips a number of frames and starts on, say, frame 20 instead of frame 1 ?

(its for the internet - if that makes any difference - i dont know if it does or not)

ps, i want the two windows to be different sizes, the first say 740px by 420px and the second around 400px by 420px
