Slider with Ken Burns

I just saw the Video “The Ken Burns Effect using CSS Animations”. How can I combine it with two or more images like in a slideshow. It would be great to have the code for a carousel including “Ken Burns” and runing without jquery, only with css.

Till now I haven´t found a solution. :frowning:
