Slideshow with pause and play function

I wanted to use this tutorial http://www.kirupa.com/developer/mx2004/xml_slideshow.htm
But i need a pause and play function in it. Can somebody tell me how to do it ?
Maybe someone has a source file for this ?
And offcourse is it possible to do ?
