Hi everyone,
I’ve been following the tutorials on this great site for a while now. I’m making a portfolio site in Flash, and even though I have the basics down pretty well, I’m a designer by profession and not much of an actionscript person.
I’m trying to put together a slideshow that would go through several images and loop back to the first image. I can already sort of do that, but not with actionscript, just by using tweens, and without the effect I’d like to have. Here is the exact type of effect I’m talking about - http://www.publichue.com/ ; the scrolling effect where one image slides over and replaces the previous one. I just can’t figure out how to achieve that effect and keep the images in one movie clip for easy placement within the site.
I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out or point me in the right direction. I searched this forum and other tutorial sites, but there’s nothing on creating this effect that I could find.
