Hello, I’m still pretty new to flash so please excuse me if this is a really simple question, but I was curious of how a menu at the bottom of http://www.korwater.com is executed.
In my limited experience, I have created a sliding menu but I really love the way the main bar is masked on rollover to just expose the one bar. It seems like there is much more going on then I know how to tackle.
It’s embarrassing to be the newbie with all of this but I figure you have to start somewhere.
