I’m basically just modifying the Sliding Menu excerise and included hover captions in the menu content movie clip. The hover caption is the same as this excersize:

The hover captions don’t seem to work when the menu movieclip is called into the main flash window and tested, but it does work within the movieclip. Since there is action script in the content MC and also on the main page, is there a conflict? Any suggestion would be great. Thanks in advance.
