I was using the sliding menu from the kirupa site, and im trying to add my contact form to one of the content MC. I can see all the areas on stage (name, subject, email, messege), but when I test or upload on server, none of the dynamic or input filds show, only the “submit, clear” buttons and slider. why is that?
