Is there a way to speed up the loading of Flash MX 2004. 24 seconds seems rather excessive to me.
In Photoshop, you can put a ~ in front of plug-ins to ignore them. I was wondering if there was anything that could be removed or disabled in Flash to speed up the process ?

you mean the application itself? Many of the applications include in studio MX2k4 have a seemingly slow loading time when compared to previous versions. You’d think loading time would decrease, kinda like XP v. 98. I’m not too found of MX2k4, besides slow loading times many features seem to be very buggy (i.e panels). One stupid thing they changed in AS2 was loadVars to LoadVars. I think that was pretty stupid, it screws up old code, and it was all probably for some anal retentive executive. Opps, that was a tangent, wasn’t it? I forgot i was supposed be talking abot loading times. :beam:
I must admit that I was amazed how a company can take a truely great product and manage to upset so many people.
