Looking for a good tutorial to create a flash scrollbar with rollover buttons. So when you roll over the ‘up’ or ‘down’ button (no need to press or drag a slider) the content scrolls smoothly. No bouncy effects, just smooth scrolling. HA! “just” - a term not to be used lightly in matters Flash, I know. Still, it can be done… Any help much appreciated!
