I’m working on a flash movie at the moment with a tight deadline and rather than go through trial and error with number of frames and frame rate for the movie I was wondering if anyone had any guidelines they work to when trying to get the speed they need for their flash movie?
My movie has some tweens, including one where the whole screen is filled with the movie (it’s for a screensaver) and then the image is revealed by a series of motion tweens. This should be smooth and elegant I guess would be a good description. Except at the moment I know my frame rates not right or I have too many frames in the tweens cause at the moment it’s kinda sticky looking and messy, the image is coming in in big chunks rather than tween stylish and elegant style…
I’m not going to mention the amount of frames I have and my frame rate cause I know their wrong and would rather not have people influenced by them. Can’t figure out though if the speed is right and I have too many frames in the tween or vice versa or several other options…I’m going to go sit in the corner and cry now…
any, and I do mean any, guidance on frames and frame rates ratios would be helpful, thanks
