How do I code something in flash, that when clicked on, fades out background music ? also want to do the same when someone clicks to play a video clip, I want the music to fade out and fade back in when video is over.

Sometimes I see sites that have an image in the background(raster) and preloader right away when site shows up. When I put a raster image in the first frame, it shows up blank first then the image shows up. How do I use a raster preloader that shows right away?

for video, I want it to say buffering right when you click to play video, in my case it shows it after a few seconds.
