Guys, I’ve created a preloader for my flash and everything seem like working fine but the only problem with my preloader is… it will only show from 8 or 9% 
It’s not showing at the start for example 0.0% It will only show the percent, stroke, preloader from 8 or 9%
Anyone please help ?
