Something wrong with my RPG game!

there’s something wrong with my game!!!
when u press the up-button the guy doesn’t jump
I guess the problem is in the actionscript

please help me, i’ve tried everything…:chinaman:

That looks like its from the tutorial here on Kirupa, written by Nathan. Or am i mistaking?

You didn’t define jump >_>

in your main character MC, in the onClipEvent(load){} section, add this:
jump = 15

the number can be changed to your taste.

Edit: Just to let you know, in mc codes make it hard for people like me to help you because it’s hard to know exactly where the code is.
