hi all
i have created my website so it will run fullscreen and it does not matter if you resize the browser window my contents will always stay in the middle of the screen and also the background will resize to match the resolution running.
i am now stuck on acheiving the following if you take a look at the example below

you will see two bars, one will stay glued to the top of the screen and one that stays pinned to the bottom of the screen it does not matter if you resize the browser thoose two bars will adjust to suit
does anyone know how to do this as i want to create the two bars on mine just cant work out how to do it.
