Sounds at random intervals possible?

I’m doing a website with a beach theme. I would love to have the sound of waves, seashore, and birds to be in the background. But looping such sounds gets very annoying and I don’t want to embed a seashore bird chirp pattern in the viewers head! So is there a way to play these sounds at random intervals? Say between 3-10 seconds I would get a bird and wave sound at random intervals. There will probably be 4 or 5 sounds total and I want them to play at random times…
Any help or tutorial/fla?
