Sounds in flash

Hi, i need to know a few things about sound in flash.(note all my sounds are done using actionscript)

How do i make a specific sound stop at one time? i know how to make them all stop but not just the one sound.

Is there a way that i can set the volume of my sounds in flash?(some of mine arn’t that loud and need jacking up, while others dont)

Thanks kax, but for the soundvolume thing, the site says the volume is set between 0 and 100, this document was written for an older version on flash i think. In flash 6 can u set the volume to 200? Because I want to double the volume on it.

Here’s an updated tutorial on what you’re trying to do, but I’m not sure if you could set the sound to 200. It doesn’t hurt to try though, just scroll about half way down and you should see the volume stuff. =)

Alex, could you explain it a bit? How would he modify it so that it could play the sound at a higher volume, let’s say 200 instead of 100 which is max.

eh, i found it on flash kit when i searched for it, i was trying to help him to know how it works and what it takes to work, im really not sure. :confused:
