I am from sweden and designing a swedish site, i wanted do use dynamic textfields to load and show a text from a external .txt file, I would then use it as a news- type of thingie!
Now in sweden we have the letters ÅÄÖ, but they don´t work, with the system above, so what do you recommend me to do?
