Speech bubbles from button?

Ok so I’ve finally cracked the floating speech bubble tween…I know…:+) beginner’s stuff…
Does anyone know how I can have these bubbles coming out from a button on the **Over **state?

Probably a simple solution but I can’t get it sorted!
