Could anyone tell me how to get this effect
relatively easy…
just tween it with a white shape (rectangle). Make the rectangle appear to
have perspective.
I would make only two to three actual shapes and have the tweens move very fast to fool the eye…
also, you can blur the shapes a little (photoshop) save as .png and they look motion blurred…
