Looks promising ! It’s really sad to know that the procedural game characters have a better bones/model/skin than you can actually build with a nice 3d app.
I wasted hours and hours on SimCity2k and this is going to be way more demanding !
If you look at the demo, there isn’t a trillionmillion shaders and all that 3D mumbo jumbo so hopefully the gfx requirement won’t be more than probably 64MB, but I’d imagine the processor would take quite a hit because of how much relations it would have to process and then send out. Definitely lookin forward to it.
There’s a heck of a lot of alpha and lighting effects it looks like though. And it does look like it uses a fair number of shaders, which would make sense with the whole “procedurally created” theme to the presentation.
