I´m really new to Flash, I´m using Flash MX. Is hard when everything is new to start doing something 
Is there any site with tutorials but more like proyects, for example explaining how it was done a complete site with flash or something like that?

Well, there is a full-site tutorial on this site, but you’re supposed to know certain things already 
I think you’ll find what you are looking for at www.virtual-fx.net is the site is still up. They are providing the source of the Flash site they showcased at FF, with a very long tutorial explaining everything. Very good tute.
