how can i make the starwars effect? the moving stars, just like the screen saver on windows 95.

I wasn’t going to respond because it wound up being harder than I thought! I’m putting it here because it turned out really cool!! (I think anyway).

If you don’t know anything about AS, this will teach you a lot, probably.
