I know that there are numerous sites for stock photos, but are there comparable sites for video? Preferably free.
i know services like that do exist… tried google?
yeah i have, but all that i found were sites selling dvds of them for around 500 bucks 
What type of video are you looking for?

nothing in particular, just some good stuff to mess around with. I want to start getting into some video editing, but I dont have a digital video camera (yet…)
