Greetings to all users;
I m trying to stop executing a AS code for 4 seconds. but I couldnt solve it. setInterval is not working as I desired. I need a flash function like that:
stopFor(4);
I have a whole website in many many movie clips, but one of them has to start after waitng 4 secs. Adding to many empty frames is not an option and an empty “for” statement is not useful. Because every processor speed is different from other, so one of them can execute “for” in 4 secs, one of them does it in 2 secs. Then I loose sync of my animation.
As a result is there anyone can tell me how can pause executing 1 frame code for a while, just with entering the period of delay?
