Streaming .flv

hello. sorry to bother the great wisdom of kirupa, wondiering how to stream an .flv file in a flash movi. i would like to set it up with a skin i design with draggable progress bar and that sort of thing. any help or pointing me in the right direction would be greatly apprecciated as i am only familiar with quicktime streaming and since it seams flash doesnt allow for .movs directly in flash, i am without hope.
