I want to setup an IP based camera like this:
http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=1956234&CatId=1930
and then feed that stream into my flash site. I have a tutorial on how to do this for a USB based camera using flash media encoder, but that solution wont quote work because I can not run that flash media encoder on that IP camera. Here is the tutorial i was referring to:

If anyone can point me in the right direction with an example, that would be great.
