Streaming mp3's?

I’m making a full Flash site for a friend’s band and would like to include a section where you can hear his music. I have 4 mp3’s I would like to use which are just over 1 mb each. What’s the best way to add these to the site? Streaming? I would like to keep loadind time to a minimum. I’m a little new at this so any help will be much appreciated. Also feel free to point me in the direction of any good tutorials…
