Hi, I’m new to all this, and I want to find a way to put a simple survey on a website. The idea is that viewers would check radio buttons, and the answers would be grouped (1-5, 6-10 etc checked) and when the ‘submit’ is pressed, a page is opened corresponding to the group in which the appropriate number of buttons have been checked.
Would I use Javascript, Flash or something else?
