I have a question about software piracy and i couldn’t find an answer anywere, so i decided to ask it here. Can you distribute your swf files (games or animation) which was created with cracked or, illegal, for example, flash mx 2004 software? (to mochiads, or newgrounds and etc.) Actually, i have tried to create a game with free open source software - FlashDevelop, but is there some way to determine if your swf is created with legal software? (is there some code attached to it, which shows your software’s serial number or something?) If it doesn’t, then you can use a cracked software, or you’ll get a fine, or something?
