Swf transitions

I posted here a few days ago with this problem but I thought we’d figurrd it out. Now the problem is back again.

Were trying to get some transistion animations to play between externally loaded swf’s in our website. here’s the code on the main index swf

[AS]stop();

home_btn.onPress = function() {
nav = home;
_root.content.gotoAndPlay(“out”);
trace(nav);
};
tools_btn.onPress = function() {
nav = tools;
_root.content.gotoAndPlay(“out”);
trace(nav);
};
program_btn.onPress = function() {
nav = program;
_root.content.gotoAndPlay(“out”);
trace(nav);
};
contact_btn.onPress = function() {
nav = contact;
_root.content.gotoAndPlay(“out”);
trace(nav);
};[/AS]

We’ve declare a variable called nav and directed the playhead to a label called out on the current swf. The out label is for the transistion animation to start. I’ll now post the code on the end of the loaded swf which shoulkd call up the next swf but doesn’t

[AS]if (nav == tools) {
_root.content.loadMovie(“button(1).swf”);
}
else if (nav == program) {
_root.content.loadMovie(“circut.swf”);
}
else if (nav == contact) {
_root.content.loadMovie(“contact.swf”);
}
else if (nav == home) {
_root.content.loadMovie(“home2.swf”);
}[/AS]

If anyone has the answer then please help. It’s a school assignment and were freakin out here. Thanks
