Tabbed menu rollover popout

Does anyone know how this is done?

Basically like 5 links or tabs that pop out (down)when you rollover em, then you can click them too.

Any help would be cool (or sample fla too would help alots) THANKS

no, i want tabs not a drop down menu… just something that pops down (at bottom of a box) when you rollover it.
