I would like to create a dynamic tab system in Flash but don’t know where to begin. Does anyone have an idea how should I begin?

JK, Let’s start off with how well do you think you comprehend Flash?
I rate myself about a 5 out of 10 as a Flash programmer. I understand it fairly well. I have done the basics: dynamic photoviewer etc. I’m just looking for a starting point. I was thinking of using the line object to create the dynamic tabs etc.
I know someone out there might have tried it. There was a rar file at this forum I found a while back, but I must have deleted it off my system before I got a chance to open it. duh. I just need a starting point, not the whole thing. Any Ideas are highly appreciated.
