So I’ve concoted up this little test navigation .fla where you click one of the buttons (only 1 works for testing purposes at the moment) and little flaps come over the content area and are supposed to pause while the selected swf to be loaded using loadMovie is preloaded. Unfortunately my preload script seems to be hopelessly messed up and when you click the button the flaps merely come over the content area for a split second and then slide off right away, just about entirely skipping the preload sequence that’s supposed to be occuring. Anyways I’ve attached the .fla. The preload sequence is in the MC with instance name sliders which is located inside the main timeline movielip. More specifically, my currently useless preload script is in frame 12 of the bottom-most layer of the sliders mc which I just mentioned.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
