Last night I built a preloader for XML images being loaded onto my website, but the problem is, I can’t seem to test the preloader locally on my machine, and when I visit my site on the web, the images load to quickly for me to tell if the preloader works.
What I’m wondering is, what is the best method to test a preloader to make sure it works? If anyone could point me in the right direction that would be great.
