Text effects in dynamic text? Possib?

I’m wondering if effects are possible inside dynamic text boxes,

text effects that is such as bold, individual word size,

I can’t seem to get it to work

What if I want one word bold and one size [SIZE=3]larger[/SIZE] in my dynamic text(or static for that matter)

can this be done?
