Text scroller

Hey everybody i got a scroller problem. i have a dynamic text field that loads a external html text with css. I have 2 scroll buttons connected to it that scroll when you click on it THE PROBLEM 1: The scroller scrolls by clicking and i cant get it to scroll by mousover. THE PROBLEM 2: I need the same system as showen above only now with a scrollbar, like is done on this site http://www.formatum-inc.com/ , click on the company button and you will see a blue scroller. I found lots of tutorials for it but only problem is that it scrolls the dynamic text field and not the text in the dynamic text field like it does with the scroller i have now. Please help me with this one Thanks in advance
