Check this out. This sweet little app takes an uploaded image, and converts it to a bunch of black dots. You choose the amount of pages you want the dot image to be spread over. After that, it generates a PDF with the rasterized pages in it, ready for print. That way you get a huge dot image poster, spread over several pages (up to somewhere around 98). Uses Flash and PDF.
