The things ya gotta do

As some of you know I’ve been trying to find a job for a while now, to get back behind a PC and have someone pay me for it. Well still no luck and this week, because of lack of funds, I’ve been forced to do what I swore I would never do again…go back to working in a shop…working with…the public :m:

Not just any shop but JJB Sports and as anyone in Britain land will tell you, they suck. I get to sell f***ing trainers to noisy kids all day and then come home at night and try to find a real job :crying:

At least if it was foot locker I’d get that cool striped shirt :wink:

I swore when I got my degree that was me done with working in shops, standing for 8 hours for st money and no satisfaction…dn

anyone had to just swallow that thingmajig stuff and just do something they hate for hopefully a happy outcome

amen bro, i’ve got the same problem, i’m graduated 2 weeks ago, i have a bachelor degree in informatics, i’m trying to find a job but still no luck. i really really hope i won’t have to work in some store or something like that, that sucks man.

but really keep ya head up man, you’ll find something worth wile

Rabell i really like ur site btw
but why dont u ask local shops if they need advertising or websites done for them instead of working for them ? just an idea until u get a more secure job mate :stuck_out_tongue:

I’m trying to do that very thing, waiting for my site to be registered with several search engines (Google takes 4 weeks to review your site) and this weekend I’ll get a flier designed, pay for about 100 to be printed (I don’t have a very good printer) and then send it to prosepective clients so fingers crossed in a months time I’ll be b****ing about what the local pub wants in its site :beer:
