…and those times revolve around doing anything that goes beyond simply placing contents in a giant block. This afternoon, I decided to update the menus on the site around a bit:
That seems simple enough. As it turned out, it ended up taking over 3 hours of fiddling with margins, paddings, fighting with existing style rules, and integrating it with the existing menu which I kinda didn’t do a good job creating initially.
The menu works now on all the major browsers and your iPhones and iPads, but I do miss how easy it was to do something like that in Flash.

**I haven’t added the drop-down to the forums. That will require fighting with vBulletin, and I’m simply too weak to deal with that today haha.
