Is there a way to make flash so it only works on specific domain names?
I am interested to stop people thinking about stealing swfs.
I had a thought that flash may be able to get the details of the site it is on and if the details match what the flash wants it to be then it works, however if it does not match then the flash animation will not work.
For example:
Say a domain called www.domain1.com puts swfs on there site and the swfs have a peice of AS that check that they are being show on domain1. If they are then they play.
However www.domain2.com decides they want that swf themselves and steals it from that site. The AS within the SWF reckognises this and does not work
