This bloody Preloader for MAIN.SWF

I’ve read tons of Blogs, but I couldn find a solution …
How da hell i can drop a Preloader, to load my Main.swf before it starts???

My Main.swf contains all the Grafix,Classes etc.

any help much appreciated
