Timer never dings

Hi guys,

I’m not sure how to get this timer to trigger my super sw33t AE animation. I believe I’m telling it how high to count, starting the clock, and letting it know what to do upon completion.

Any advice?

Oh yeah, just ignore that those slider clips aren’t in an array - I’m learning. Thanks for your input!
