Tiny looking text?

I need to find an example but hope someone here will know what I’m talking about. Usually I see this on flash sites and some print designs, it looks like a couple of lines of text but it’s really tiny so you can’t really read what it says but it just looks cool - in some designs. How do you create this in Photoshop?
