Hello everyone,
When I was looking for cool effect ideas to work on, I came across this wierd blobby effect on this website template. I tried and tried to recreate something like it, but I have failed miserably. So I posted here in a last desperate attempt to try and solve this, so if you could give me any clue I would really appreciate it.

The website template in question is on page 13 of the templates, and is the one located in the top right corner. If it’s position changes, it should just be the one with the 3d tree. The effect that I’m looking at is the blurb on the navigation menu, when you roll the mouse over the text, that funky little thing happens to the arrows above it.
