To stream or not to stream?

Does anyone know if you can stream video in mx or F5?? If you can point me to a tut or a URL??

I know Flash MX will… it will even do live streaming comp to comp vid if you know how to use the XML socket… but sorry I don’t know of any tutorials on that.
