Hello there I have been working on a Top Down Shooter in flash Actionscript 3.0 and have only been working on it for around a few weeks and have been learning actionscript 3 for around 4 months, but I am having trouble finding any tutorials that help me get collision detection working, even though there is none applied some collisions occur when moving the character.
Also currently the Map is moved by the arrow keys and the character follows the mouse around in a circle.
I have a flash file where the Character moves with the arrow keys/wasd keys and follows the mouse around and would prefer to use this file but I also cannot find any help on scrolling a background in multiple directions.
Im developing this Flash Game for my college course =]
