I’m completely new to Flash… but a friend told me that I could use Flash MX now to show video on my website… so i searched the web for a tutorial and found one that got me as far as embedding the video on a flash document and adding the mediaplayback component. When i tested it… the movie would play but would not respond to mediaplayback component (wont pause when i click pause… etc.) I’m starting to think that the tutorial is incomplete. How can I make the mediaplayback work with the video? Is it a simple button that i forgot to click on or is it a complicated actionscript process? Either way, I’d really appreciate some help… hopefully a step by step instruction (since i am a total noob:( ) or maybe direct me to a tutorial. Thanks in advance for your assistance.
