I have a bit of a problem which I just cannot figure out the solution to. I have a movie up at www.classicdancers.com.
If you go there and click on “Box Office” and then click on “American Smooth Dancing”, a movie (external amsmooth_wmv.swf being loaded into a container in the main timeline) will begin to load. If you click on the close button or on any other navigation button while this movie is loading, you’ll see that the whole page begins to blink and cycle through the first two frames of the main time line (the frame the preloader is on and the second frame that the rest of the movie is on).
Basically the way the main time line is set up is that after the movie loads and the preloader is done, it moves to the second frame and randomly selects from 4 images to load as the background. That is what you see cycling - this process being repeated over and over again. For some reason, none of the other sections of the web page have this problem when you exit them, the close button moves the main time line to frame 2, and stops.
Can anyone even begin to tell me what the heck is going on with this, and what may be confusing my movie!!!
